Biography
Will is a regular business speaker and has addressed international audiences including London School of Economics, London Stock Exchange, World Money Show and Soho Radio. He has been an advisor to DPM Nick Clegg, GLA and Lord Young. In 2003, Will founded Speakeasy4Schools, which grew to become the largest independent Enterprise Education provider in England, now rebranded as CragRats and teaching 150,000 students per annum.
In 2010, Will identified that students could not effectively connect with businesses. He therefore set up MyKindaCrowd, a social enterprise that offers opportunities for businesses to engage with students and teachers. In 2015, Will acquired Bright Futures and merged together with MyKindaCrowd, rebranding to MyKindaFuture, reaching over 4,500 schools and 50 societies and working with over 70 FTSE businesses.
