With a 80-90% retention rate year on year, positions are infrequent and we only fill spots with those with matched experience to our categories to ensure entrants get a thorough and fair evaluation. If you are applying for the current programme, firstly please ensure you can take part for online judging and the in-person Judging Day via our Timeline. Applications after end of February will not be considered until the following year.
