Entries may be closed for this year’s National CSR Awards but now’s the time the excitement really starts to build…
The judges have been allocated their categories and the assessment process is officially underway.
“The number of entries is well up on last year which is fabulous to see,” comments Karen Sutton, Founder and CEO of the awards. “Over the next few weeks the judging panel will assess each entry and come together on 21 March [at The Crystal] to decide the shortlist for each category.”
The 2017 winners will then be announced at a gala dinner at Lord’s Cricket Ground on 18 May. Attendees will be addressed by Rt Hon Philip Hammond MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer, a keen supporter of the awards since their inception in 2015.
“It’s a really exciting year for us,” added Karen Sutton, founder and CEO of the awards. “It’s great to see the awards going from strength to strength and responsible business practices growing across such a broad spectrum of industries.”
