Rt. Hon. Philip Hammond MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer, will address attendees at this year’s National CSR Awards gala dinner at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on 18th May 2017.
Hailing from a wide-ranging background of hands-on business experience in small and medium-sized companies in manufacturing, property and construction, and oil and gas, both in the UK and elsewhere in Europe, the Chancellor has been a keen supporter of the awards since their inception in 2015.
“I strongly believe that sustainable business practices are key to ensuring a better society and stronger economy, and these awards celebrate just that,” Mr Hammond commented.
Karen Sutton, CEO and Founder of the National CSR Awards, added: “We are delighted that Mr Hammond has accepted our invitation to speak at this year’s awards. It’s going to be a spectacular evening.”
