Our fees for entering and attending the ceremony

We are an ethically run pay-to-enter awards programme with an ‘Outstanding’ Awards Trust Mark to verify that we operate with transparent and fair processes with robust judging. We are not a ‘pay-to-win’ vanity awards and strongly oppose these schemes.

Our standard entry fees are outlined in the table below and are based on company turnover / charitable income generation (based on the last filed accounts). However, we also have various free and discounted opportunities to enter.

Standard fees before additional discounts

Extended Deadline (17 May 2025)

An automatic £50 late fee will be applied to all entries submitted after midnight BST on 2nd May 2025 and before midnight BST on 17th May 2025. Entries received after 9th May must be authorised by the awards team. Contact Karen on 07813 718541 for more information. Under £250k free entries have now expired.

1% of all entry fees, ticket sales and sponsorship turnover (not profit) will be donated to Cool Earth.

Early Bird Discount (28 Mar 2025)

Entering by midnight GMT on 28th March 2025, attracts a 20% discount for ALL entries using discount code ‘GGA_EARLYBIRD2025’ at checkout. Code expires at midnight GMT.

Registered charities and public sector will continue to benefit from the 20% discount on entries whether they enter before or after the Early Bird Deadline.

Organisations entering Wild World that are wholly non-profit can enter for free. (late fee still applies for entries received after the main deadline)

*The entry platform is set up with a nominal £100 charge for ‘Under £250k turnover’. Once proof of turnover is received, you’ll be emailed a £100 discount code. The first entry per organisation is free. Entries thereafter will carry a £100 fee to cover administration costs.

50% off Global Good Finance Awards: all fee-paying entries in the Global Good Awards attract a 50% discount for eligible companies entering our sister Global Good Finance Awards.

Organisations with an annual turnover / charitable income revenue of <£250k: one free entry, with entries thereafter charged at £100 + VAT.

Any wholly non-profit organisation entering the Wild World category: one free entry.

Individuals between 9-21 years old: free entry to our Canon Young Champion of the Year category

2025 Award Ceremony Ticket Prices

To offer more flexibility and to reduce the emissions of our event, GGA run a ‘hybrid’ ceremony with an in-person event at BMA House, Tavistock Square, London and a live stream around the world to ensure finalists from outside of the UK can still enjoy the celebrations; with virtual winners being displayed on the big screen as the results are announced.

Ticket prices for 2025 are as follows, with a 10% discount available for charities.
