The Project…
Social Enterprise (SE) Assist is a pioneering community development scheme, developed in partnership between Charities Aid Foundation and Legal & General. SE-Assist supports job creation, economic growth and regeneration in regional and/or city-based economies through creating a vehicle to support social enterprises to build business capacity, resilience, and business acumen through access to interest-free loans, mentoring and business networks. Having been piloted in Brighton in 2013, the fund has now opened for its 6th round and has spread across West Sussex, and to Croydon and Wales.
