The new and improved Global Good Awards logo – hot off the press!

The original Global Good Awards icon was created back at our inception in 2015. The now infamous graphic represents the three pillars of sustainability:
Environmental protection and enhancement – taking care of our natural resources, such as forests, rivers, and the atmosphere; using resources wisely and not depleting them faster than they can regenerate. This also involves reducing pollution and waste to keep our planet healthy.
Social progress – this focuses on improving people’s quality of life and wellbeing. It includes access to basic needs like food, clean water, healthcare, education, and shelter.
Economic development – growing the economy by creating jobs, increasing incomes, and improving standards of living. Activities such as producing goods and services, investing in infrastructure, and fostering innovation are also covered here.
Sustainable development is all about finding a balance between them.
Up to now, we’ve represented these three elements individually, but we’ve now revamped our logo to recognise that, in reality, they need to be intertwined. By taking care of the environment, promoting social well-being, and pursuing economic growth in a responsible and inclusive manner, we can build a better future for ourselves and generations to come – ensuring climate justice for all!
The eagle eyed amongst you will also note that we’ve included a nod to the Global Good Awards trophy, via the central ‘G’!
We hope you love our new logo as much as we do 😊
