Global Good Awards categories at a glance
The Best Start-up Enterprise award celebrates new purpose-driven businesses launched since 2021 that demonstrate innovative social or environmental impact. Judges evaluate enterprises on their founding vision, market effectiveness, proven sustainability benefits, successful market penetration, and growth potential.
The Behaviour Change Campaign of the Year award recognises initiatives that achieve measurable shifts in environmental and social behaviours. Judges evaluate campaigns on their strategic approach, effective audience engagement, quantifiable impact on target behaviours, and enduring influence on organisational and community practices.
The Canon Young Champion of the Year award celebrates young activists (aged 9-21) driving positive social and environmental change. Judges evaluate entrants across two age categories based on their initiative’s impact, supporting evidence of their campaign work, and future vision. This free-to-enter award prioritises storytelling over photography skills, requiring written submissions, images, and a personal video to showcase the young champion’s passion and achievements.
The Circular Economy award recognises organisations pioneering closed-loop systems that transform traditional waste management. The Game Changing Innovation of the Year award celebrates breakthrough solutions addressing critical environmental or social challenges. Judges evaluate innovations on their effectiveness in solving significant problems, transformative potential compared to existing solutions, demonstrated or projected impact, and capacity for widespread adoption.
The Community Partnership of the Year award celebrates impactful collaborations that create lasting positive change in communities. The Global Good Trailblazer of the Year Award celebrates companies of all sizes demonstrating exceptional commitment to sustainable, purpose-driven transformation. Judges seek organisations with clear transition plans, measurable environmental and social impact, and robust governance practices that integrate sustainability into their core business strategy, recognising leaders who are actively driving positive change across their operations and industry.
The Humanitarian Response Champions Award celebrates organisations that demonstrate exceptional compassion and effectiveness in responding to large-scale humanitarian crises.
